We're looking for a Part‐Time Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager and help lead our Eaton Fair House store. You'll play a key role in driving sales, coaching the team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences, stepping in to manage the store when needed. This role operates on a fortnightly rotating roster.
What you'll be doing
Driving sales and achieving store KPIs
Leading by example on the floor and delivering excellent customer service
Coaching, motivating, and developing the team
Supporting stock, visual merchandising, and day‐to‐day store operations
Stepping up to run the store in the Store Manager's absence
About You
You have retail leadership experience (Assistant Manager / 2IC)
You are confident, customer‐focused, and commercially minded
You thrive in a fast‐paced, dynamic environment
You enjoy developing and motivating a team
You take ownership, lead by example, and care about high standards
