Outsource Institute (AUS) is an Australian, family-owned and operated engineering training provider with over 25 years of experience in online, offline, and onsite training. Our founder, Carl, has journeyed from tradesman to educator, deeply understanding the challenges faced by students and the needs of businesses in the sector. This hands‑on experience and deep understanding have become a core part of our team's approach, ensuring we deliver training that genuinely meets the needs of both students and industry.
We're looking for a proactive, detail-focused administrator who's confident on the phone and ready to support our National Sales Manager with the functions below and beyond.
The role is expected to commence in late January or February 2026 .
As a National Sales Administrator, your day will include:
* Making outbound calls to companies and clients from our existing database to generate course bookings and re‑engage past clients.
* Following up leads and enquiries to convert interest into enrolments.
* Advising companies and students on the right courses for their needs and guiding them through the enrolment process.
* Maintaining accurate records in our client relation management (CRM) system and student management system (SMS).
* Supporting the delivery team by coordinating class schedules and confirming bookings.
* Collaborating with management on campaigns, promotions, and sales targets.

We're looking for someone with:
* Certificate III in Business Administration or higher and/or at least 3 years equivalent combination of experience and training.
* Experience in an administrative role within the education or vocational training sector.
* Knowledge and experience in working with RTOs and ASQA are desirable.
* Proficient computer skills, including experience with RTO management systems and MS Office Suite.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a deadline‑driven environment.
* High‑level organisational skills with an ability to independently manage workload and prioritise tasks to meet team goals.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
* A proactive and solution‑oriented mindset, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
* Excellent customer service and client management skills.
* Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the CRICOS and relevant training packaging requirements, AVETMISS and experience with government‑funded programs are desirable.
* Valid driver's license.
