Temporary Full-Time, up to 30 June 2027 About the Role:
The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking a Clinical Nurse to join our Tuberculosis Outreach Service team within the Watto Purrunna Aboriginal Health Service.
The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) is a leading provider of public healthcare services in South Australia.
As a Clinical Nurse, you will play a vital role in the prevention, detection and management of tuberculosis cases within the community.
You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care, education and support to patients and their families.Your responsibilities will include conducting home visits, administering directly observed therapy, monitoring treatment adherence and coordinating follow-up care.
You will also participate in community outreach programs, promoting awareness and early detection of tuberculosis.
To be eligible for this position, you must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
