The Administrative Assistant provides day-to-day administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role is responsible for handling a variety of tasks including scheduling, communication, document preparation, and general office support, helping the team remain organized and productive.
Job Responsibilities
* Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and enquiries.
* Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings.
* Maintain accurate recordings, filing system and data bases.
* Prepare and edit documents, reports and correspondence.
* Assist with data entry, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping.
* Order and manage office supplies.
* Provide general support to management and staff.
Job Requirements
* Previous experience in administration or office.
* Strong organisational skills and time management.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
