About the Role
As a Maintenance Officer, you'll be responsible for the upkeep and presentation of our Residential Aged Care Facility located in Bangalow, NSW. In this full‐time role, you will be working across both internal and external areas, carrying out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repairs, and gardening, while coordinating with contractors and supporting workplace safety.
What You'll Be Doing
* Performing general and trade-level repairs, maintenance, and groundskeeping
* Ensuring compliance with safety, infection control, and organisational policies
* Liaising with management, staff, and external contractors to deliver high‐quality outcomes
* Maintaining accurate records and schedules
* Contributing to a vibrant, well‐maintained environment for our community
What You'll Bring
* Previous experience in maintenance, repairs, gardening or a trade background
* Skilled in problem solving and able to work independently
* Reliable, organised and able to manage tasks across multiple sites
