Roles & Qualifications
- Experienced Section Waitstaff, Hosts, Bartenders and Sommeliers who provide exceptional service in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated experience in a premium la‐carte restaurant.
- Required: strong cocktail and spirits knowledge for Bartender positions; strong wine knowledge for Sommelier positions.
- Hosts with experience using Seven Rooms or similar reservation systems are preferred.
- Passion for delivering outstanding service, a strong work ethic, a "can‐do" attitude and exemplary communication and time‐management skills.
- Outgoing personality and genuine interest in day‐to‐day operations.
- Exceptional presentation.
- Willingness to work a rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and/or closing shifts.
- Must have or be able to obtain an RSA certificate and relevant qualifications.
