Are you organised, friendly, and love working by the water? The Big Boat Shed is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Administration & Front Office Assistant to be the first point of contact for our valued customers and help keep our operations running smoothly.
About the Role:
As the face of The Big Boat Shed, you'll handle a mix of front desk and administrative duties, including:
* Greeting customers and answering phone/email enquiries
* Booking services and managing schedules
* Processing payments and maintaining records
* General office administration and support for the management team
* Assisting with basic marketing or social media (optional, if you're keen)
What We're Looking For:
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Good computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email, basic data entry)
* Ability to multitask and stay organised
* A positive attitude and team spirit
* Prior admin or front desk experience preferred, but not essential
