You'll be joining a supportive, safety-focused team where your contribution on site matters. This role offers the opportunity to work on a range of commercial construction projects while building skills and experience with one of Australia's most respected builders.
About the Role
As a Labourer, you will support the site team by completing allocated general labouring and hands-on trade tasks to help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality.
Working under the direction of the Foreman and site leadership team, you will assist with housekeeping, material handling, deliveries, equipment management, and general site duties. You will play an important role in maintaining a safe, organised, and productive work environment.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking someone with:
* Commercial construction experience, typically 6+ years as a qualified carpenter.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and influence others.
* Excellent planning, organisation, and time management skills.
* A proactive and adaptable approach, able to work under pressure.
* Strong communication skills across all levels.
* A collaborative and approachable leadership style.
* The ability to contribute to construction programs and site delivery.
* An unwavering focus on safety, quality, and environmental standards.
* Confidence using technology and digital systems (e.g. HammerTech).
