As part of their Allied Health team, you'll work alongside experienced allied health professionals, therapy assistants and admin support, fostering a culture of collaboration and shared success.
The Role:
We are looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist to join the growing team, with flexibility to shape your caseload across Home Modifications, Aged Care, NDIS, or generalist community OT work. Whether you're an experienced OT or a motivated graduate, KKCS offer a flexible, supportive environment where you can grow your career while making a difference.
As an OT, you'll:
* Deliver community-based OT services, including assessments, interventions and rehabilitation plans.
* Tailor your caseload to suit your professional interests and client needs.
* Prescribe home modifications, aids and assistive technology to support client goals and independence.
* Collaborate with our in-house Home Modifications team to design and implement home modifications for clients.
* Support clients under My Aged Care, NDIS and CHSP funding streams.
* Provide clinical oversight and mentoring to junior staff, if experienced.
* Engage in CPD activities, supervision and professional development.

What You Need
* Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
* AHPRA registration
* Driver's license & reliable transport
* Experience or willingness to work with My Aged Care & NDIS funding schemes
Willingness to obtain:
* Police Check
* Working with Children Check
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* First Aid & CPR Certification
