As part of their Allied Health team, you'll work alongside experienced allied health professionals, therapy assistants and admin support, fostering a culture of collaboration and shared success.

The Role:
We are looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist to join the growing team, with flexibility to shape your caseload across Home Modifications, Aged Care, NDIS, or generalist community OT work. * Collaborate with our in-house Home Modifications team to design and implement home modifications for clients.
* Support clients under My Aged Care, NDIS and CHSP funding streams.
* Provide clinical oversight and mentoring to junior staff, if experienced.
* Engage in CPD activities, supervision and professional development.

Why Join KKCS?

* Design your own caseload – Home Mods, NDIS, Aged Care or a mix – it's your call.
* Tailored caseloads – Build a caseload that matches your expertise and passions, whether in home mods, assistive technology, community OT, aged care or disability.
* Work-life balance – Flexible full-time and part-time opportunities, with work-from-home options to suit your lifestyle.
* Supportive team culture – Work in a multidisciplinary team with mentoring, supervision, regular team meetings and in-services.
* Continuous Professional Development
* Admin support
* Not-for-profit benefits – Enjoy a competitive salary with salary packaging options to increase your take-home pay.
