The Opportunity Are you someone who genuinely enjoys creating great first impressions? We are looking for a dynamic Receptionist to become the welcoming face of our Sydney office. This is a pivotal role where you will ensure every client, visitor and team member feels supported from the moment they arrive. If you are energetic, polished and passionate about delivering exceptional service, we would love to meet you. Primary Responsibilities: In this role, you will be the centre of our front of house operations, ensuring our reception and meeting rooms run smoothly and look their best. Day to day, you will: Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism and warmth Coordinate and maintain meeting rooms and bookings Support the Office Manager with ad hoc administrative tasks Greet clients and visitors, ensuring a friendly and seamless experience (including serving refreshments) Keep reception and shared spaces well presented and organised You will be interacting with people across the firm, so strong communication skills and a calm, polished approach are essential. Required Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist, ideally within legal or professional services (1–2 years desirable) Confident Microsoft Office skills and accurate typing ability Exceptional corporate presentation and a friendly, mature and professional demeanour Initiative, self motivation and a proactive attitude This role plays an important part in supporting our high standard of client service, and we are excited to welcome someone who takes pride in creating a positive first impression.
