About the role Are you ready to provide high-level administrative support to a new Executive General Manager and a dynamic Industry team driving high-impact events and engagement initiatives that foster long-term industry growth?This newly created role is a rare opportunity to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team as they lead game-changing initiatives and industry engagement at both national and global levels. If you're a proactive and organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.You will be responsible for delivering and achieving the following:Coordinating the activities of the Executive General Manager, Industry, including independently scheduling meetings, maintaining the executive's calendar and diary and coordinating all travel arrangements in addition to handling enquiries and re-routing urgent matters for attention in the Executive's absenceCoordinate papers for Board and Audit Committee meetings including agenda preparation, printing coordination, uploading papers to the online Board portal and typing of minutesWhere required assist in the coordination of travel and accommodation requirements for Industry teamSupport strategic projects by performing administrative project work involving research, data collection and some analysisFinancial management including expenses and processing invoicesDemonstrate advanced administration skills by using independent judgement, formatting and preparing non-routine documents such as statistical charts, table and graphsMaintaining and processing confidential, personnel and departmental data and ensuring its security. To succeed in this role, your profile will demonstrate the following:Minimum of 3 years experience as an Executive Assistant or similar high-trust roleExcellent English language skills with strong written and verbal communication skillsHigh level proficiency in Microsoft officeExcellent customer service skills with the ability to foster and develop positive relationshipsExcellent organisational skills along with the ability to solve problems in a positive mannerAbility to manage time, priorities and communication for senior leadershipHigh level of professionalism, discretion and emotional intelligenceExceptional attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you.
