Role Description
The Project Manager IT/OT Infrastructure is a 12 month fixed-term opportunity in our Technical and Business Services Team. This role is based in our Perth Central Park offices

The purpose of the Project Manager role is to oversee and execute TBS infrastructure projects for Synergy that contribute to the overall delivery of Synergy's corporate strategy. This role is dedicated to fostering collaboration, removing delivery obstacles, and implementing effective governance to achieve project goals within agreed timelines and budgets.

Job Responsibilities

* Plan, execute, and close IT and OT Infrastructure projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
* Define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
* Manage project risks, issues, and changes effectively.
* Ensure project documentation and reports are accurate and up-to-date.
* Implement best practices and methodologies for project management.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
* Evaluate project outcomes and identify opportunities for optimisation.

What You Will Bring

* Degree qualified in a relevant discipline (e.g. Project Management, Commerce, Computer Science)
* 4 years professional experience in project management or associated field
