**The Role**
Joint Capabilities Group (JCG) is seeking a highly motivated Instructor Development Manager to provide analysis, development, implementation and assurance of development activities for the advancement of the Defence Cyber College (DDC) instructional staff in accordance with the strategic direction of DCC Head of College.

As a new and tight knit team that all have personal and family obligations we understand that flexibility is the key to success in a fast paced environment. Each member of the team have at least two scheduled days each week to work from home and we are flexible in accommodating leave and personal commitments.
- They will require an in-depth knowledge of and compliance with legislative frameworks, government decision-making and Defence's mission and policy requirements with regards to security;
- Have in-depth and practical knowledge of the Physical Security function and are responsible for the development, implementation, compliance and review of policies and procedures relevant to their work within that function;
- Engage in complex to very complex problem solving and issues management and may coordinate and perform detailed or sensitive projects that impact on strategic, political or operational outcomes for Defence;
- Set work that aligns with the strategic objectives and communicate expected outcomes;
- This position has people management responsibility requiring you to exercise your people management skills and knowledge to lead a high performing and cohesive team.
