About the Role
LAUNCH YOUR NURSING CAREER WITH CGH'S **** EN Graduate Program. This program is designed to support newly registered Enrolled Nurses (within the last two years) in transitioning from student to skilled practitioner. The role provides two supported 6-month rotations across Aged Care and Sub-Acute services, with opportunities to grow and advance nursing skill sets.

Program Structure
The program includes:
Two supported 6-month rotations across our Aged Care and Sub-Acute services
Comprehensive onboarding and supernumerary time
Support, guidance, and mentorship from experienced nurses and clinical educators
Exposure to both Aged Care and Sub-Acute settings
Opportunities to consolidate, extend and grow your practice in a supportive team environment
Applicants Must
Be a newly registered Enrolled Nurse (within the last two years)
Not have previously completed an EN Graduate Year

All appointments are subject to the candidate providing a current satisfactory National Police Certificate and obtaining a Working with Children Check.
