Key Responsibilities:
* Design and promote community programs that cater to the needs of local participants.
* Cultivate positive outcomes and opportunities for personal and community growth.
* Contribute to a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome.
Requirements:
* A minimum Certificate III in youth work or a related discipline, or equivalent level of experience in the social and community sector.
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in undertaking youth-related activities.
* A valid driver's license and a current First Aid and CPR certificate.
