Your Role
Lead a high-performing team in a modern mining workshop with real career growth opportunities. We're seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to oversee production, pre-delivery, and rebuild operations in a busy Kalgoorlie branch.
* Lead, coordinate, and mentor a team of Heavy Diesel Fitters, Auto Electricians, and Rebuild Technicians
* Oversee workshop operations across pre-delivery, component refurbishment, and rebuilds on a range of underground hardrock mining machinery
* Ensure jobs are delivered on time, on budget, and to OEM standards
* Monitor WIP, manage warranty claims, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
* Maintain a strong safety culture aligned with Zero Harm principles
Roster and Travel
This is a residential position where you'll be home every night. You must live within a 1-hour radius of Kalgoorlie.
* Working 10-12-hour days (starting at 6am)
* Flexible work hours for a better work life balance and WFH opportunities
* Drive to and from site in a company Ute whilst on swing.
* Residential role - stay in your own bed every night
What We're Looking For
You will have come from a background within the mining industry and have extensive experience working on a range of mining machinery.
* Trade-qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic / Auto Electrician (or similar)
* Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a mining or OEM workshop
* Strong focus on safety, quality, and team development
* Computer literacy and excellent communication skills
* Experience with OEM equipment and systems
* Knowledge of mining processes and component-level rebuilds
