We are seeking a friendly, organised and motivated Receptionist to join our busy real estate office in Tamworth. This role is the first point of contact for our clients and plays an essential part in supporting both our Property Management and Sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:
* Front of house reception duties
* Answering and directing phone calls
* General administration support for Property Management & Sales
* Key management and signing in/out processes
* Assisting creditors with borrowings
* Rental payment receipting
* Database and compliance auditing
* Stationery ordering and office organisation
* General office upkeep and coordination
About You:
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Professional presentation and communication skills
* Confident answering phones and dealing with clients
* Ability to multitask and prioritise
* Previous administration or real estate experience (preferred but not essential)
