As Senior Partner, Breach Management, you'll be a trusted expert within our Line 2 Core Compliance team, helping us assess, understand and report regulatory breaches clearly, accurately and on time.In this role, you'll lead the coordination of breach assessments for the BOQ group, working closely with colleagues in Line 1 and Line 2, Legal, Product and Remediation teams. You'll bring order to complex information, exercise sound judgement, and help ensure our breach investigation and reporting function operates effectively and meets regulator expectationsYou'll also have the opportunity to shape and strengthen how we do things during an exciting time of transformation, focussing on uplift of risk and compliance maturity in the organisation. That might mean improving processes, designing reporting that surfaces themes and emerging risks, or helping build confidence and capability across the compliance function. You'll play an important role in supporting and guiding others through complex and often time‐sensitive work, balancing high standards with empathy, care and respect.People focussed leadership sits at the heart of this role. You'll support your team and stakeholders to navigate challenging technical issues, empower open and respectful conversation to ensure the appropriate decisions are made, and lead with clarity and expertise - particularly when navigating pressure, competing priorities or ambiguity. You bring strong judgement, a thoughtful approach under pressure, and the ability to translate complex requirements into clear, practical outcomes.You enjoy working with a wide range of stakeholders and are known for your ability to build trust through clear communication and genuine connection. You're organised, considered in your decision‐making, and able to manage competing priorities while staying focused on what matters most. You're also comfortable respectfully challenging when needed, always with the intent of reaching the right outcome together.As a leader, you care about people as much as outcomes. You support others, encourage learning and growth, and lead in a way that builds confidence, resilience and psychological safety. You understand that great compliance outcomes are achieved through strong relationships and inclusive ways of working.You don't need to tick every box to apply.
