We're rapidly growing and searching for an eager and curious Cosmetic Formulator to join our team! As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for researching and developing new formulas that are both effective and support the skin microbiome.

About the Role
You’ll be formulating skincare and personal care products across a diverse range of projects. This is a practical, lab‑based position where you’ll take concepts from idea to bench samples, ensuring stability, performance, and alignment with product briefs.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and refine cosmetic formulations from concept to sample stage
• Research and develop new skincare products that consider the skin microbiota.
• Conduct stability, compatibility, and performance testing
• Maintain accurate formulation records and documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to support development timelines
• Research new ingredients, technologies, and industry trends
• Troubleshoot formulation challenges and optimise product performance
What We’re Looking For
A Formulation Chemist with
• Strong practical lab skills and a genuine passion for formulation work
• A creative and curious mind that is always looking for new and innovative solutions
• Solid understanding of skincare ingredients, emulsions, actives, and preservation
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Qualifications in cosmetic science, chemistry, or a related field
