The successful candidate will join the Senior Leadership team to deliver strategic objectives within the hospital at home, community health and other service delivery programs. Key responsibilities include:
Managing a large multidisciplinary team across clinical and non-clinical functions.
Leading, mentoring and inspiring the workforce.
Embedding innovative models of care.
Collaborating and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensuring safe, seamless, high-quality, patient-centered care.
Providing strategic oversight of budgets and financial performance.
Overseeing and exceeding regulatory and compliance requirements.
Driving continuous improvement using data-driven decisions.
Requirements for this role include:
Tertiary qualifications in Health, Nursing or Allied Health.
Demonstrated senior leadership experience in hospital, community health, or acute/sub-acute healthcare service delivery.
Proven success in managing budgets, financial performance and large multidisciplinary teams.
Strong knowledge of clinical governance, accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
Ability to lead change, innovation and best practice.
Advanced communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Additionally, the successful candidate must be willing and able to hold a South Australian Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance. Proof of up-to-date vaccinations will also be required if successful.
