Lecturer in Clinical Education (Level A / Level B)
* Based in Clinical and Health Sciences at the City East campus
* 2 x full-time, continuing positions
* Starting Salary: Level A: $80,099 and Level B $112,892 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)
About the Role
Level A
You will be primarily focused on the planning and delivery of simulation teaching and learning activities and associated administrative duties within the Academic Unit's undergraduate/postgraduate Nursing and Midwifery programs, particularly those related to Horizon Hospital and Health Service (HHHS). Under appropriate guidance, you will deliver contemporary, authentic clinical teaching and learning activities and experiences within the simulated HHHS environment.
Level B
You will be responsible for coordination, leadership, administration, and delivery of simulation teaching and learning activities within the Academic Unit's undergraduate/postgraduate Nursing programs, particularly in the Horizon Hospital and Health Service (HHHS) across three designated University of South Australia (UniSA) campuses (City East, Whyalla and Mount Gambier). This involves liaising with the Academic Coordinator and Course Coordinators to develop, plan and deliver programmatic and course related teaching and assessment activities within the simulated HHHS environment.

To Be Successful You Will Need
1. A Master's degree qualification in a relevant health discipline (awarded or in progress) and current registration or eligibility for registration as a Registered Nurse and/or Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
2. Relevant and recent clinical experience in the discipline of nursing and/or midwifery
3. Ability to undertake a range of clinical and teaching duties including contributing to the preparation of appropriate clinical teaching materials and resources
4. Ability to deliver clinical teaching and learning experiences that demonstrate inclusivity, diversity, and cultural sensitivity
5. High level written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
