As the successful General Manager, you will be responsible for
Responsibilities
* Lead a safety-first culture with zero compromise on wellbeing.
* Drive expansion through new markets and partnerships.
* Manage contracts, margins, and cash flow to deliver strong financial results.
* Implement digital tools and lean processes for efficient, high-quality project delivery.
* Build lasting executive relationships and keep offerings innovative.
* Develop a high-performing, inclusive leadership team focused on accountability.
* Ensure full compliance and proactively mitigate business risks.
Qualifications
* Electrical Trade and tertiary qualification in relevant discipline.
* Extensive experience in the Electrical & Communications industry delivering large commercial projects and services.
* Proven track record leading P&L of similar scale with consistent Nett Margin delivery and profitable growth.
* Strong commercial acumen: pricing, contracting, risk management and financial analysis.
* Advanced leadership of multi‑disciplinary teams through growth and change; excellent communication and stakeholder management.
* Project management capability and business development experience to win and deliver complex contracts.
