As an integral member of our successful Metro SA Sales team you will be the key point of contact across the region between **Stratco** and our customers. This will involve:
- Maintaining and developing relationships with all assigned customers
- Identifying and developing new customers and confident in cold calling
- Growing sales
- Identifying new product and market opportunities
- Liaising with the operations team to improve product design and customer service
- Preparing project quotations and sales proposals
- Adherence to Stratco safety and other policies and procedures
**The successful applicants will have the following skills and attributes**:
- Proven success managing and developing high value accounts
- Sales experience in the home improvement or building industry will be highly regarded
- Be action oriented and able to effectively communicate at all levels
- Be a hands on, practical person with a good technical ability
- Estimating experience would be highly valued
- Have excellent business building and prospecting skills
- The ability to manage multiple customers and priorities
- A willingness to travel is essential
