Job Description
* Location: Darwin, Northern Territory
* Casual Role
This role is part of our Northern Territory Team, focused on enhancing response and support capabilities for our existing teams and clients. These positions are crucial to our success in the region and will be supported by our Operations Team and Duty Managers.
As a Bus Security Officer, you will work in a response role with a reputable organisation on a casual basis in the Darwin Bus Security Portfolio. You will be responsible for monitoring individual's behaviour, managing challenging situations, and responding to incidents in a calm and confident manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Extensive experience within the Security Services industry
* Exceptional interpersonal skills
* Be flexible to work across a rotating roster, 7-day week, 365 days a year (24/7, day and night shifts)
* A non-judgmental, empathetic approach to Customers
* Previous experience in similar role (preferred but not essential)
* Highly safety and security focused, with the ability to think on the go
* A strong Customer Service focus
* Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
* Exceptional reporting skills
* A high level of personal presentation and conduct
* The ability to work in a team
* The ability to comply with all policies and procedures
