As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for leading the strategic and operational direction of whole-of-government initiatives, including ERP Category management within the Software and ERP Marketplace panel. This role requires strong technical expertise, business acumen, and exceptional leadership skills to drive procurement outcomes, stakeholder engagement, and supplier performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert advice on ERP solutions, procurement strategies, contract management, and risk mitigation
* Deliver strategic insights and actionable recommendations to support ERP implementation, organisational objectives, and compliance with policies and standards
* Lead category management to ensure governance, supplier performance, and alignment with procurement frameworks
* Drive efficient procurement outcomes through strong oversight, stakeholder engagement, and market activities such as panel refreshes and seller onboarding
* Oversee supplier performance reporting, license compliance, customer satisfaction, and market intelligence to ensure contractual obligations and standards are met
