Legal Receptionist required for a busy professional environment.
Key responsibilities include answering and directing incoming calls, greeting clients, handling enquiries, and maintaining the reception area.
Additional tasks include data entry, office banking, deed management, and sourcing supplies.
Required skills include previous experience in a receptionist/administrative support role, computer literacy, and excellent communication and customer service skills.
The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, prioritize workloads, and manage a busy workload.
Experience with Practice Evolve is preferred but not essential.
Able to work within a team and autonomously, take initiative in problem solving and exercise judgement.
Approachable and outgoing personality with ability to learn new skills quickly.
Salary commensurate with experience.
Schedule: Monday to Friday.
Work Authorisation: Australia required.

**Duties/Responsibilities
- Answering and directing incoming calls and queries in a professional and courteous manner, transferring calls, taking messages;
- Greeting clients;
- Handling enquiries;
- Keeping the reception area and Meeting rooms tidy;
- Make and amend appointments;
- Collecting, processing and posting mail daily;
- Office Banking;
- Deed management;
- Opening and closing files;
- Sourcing, purchasing and stock control of office stationery and supplies;
- Update the system with client information;
- Data entry;
- Some secretarial work and other general office duties;
- Assist with administration duties;
- All further administrative duties including creation/collation of documents, filing, scanning and other ad-hoc duties;
**Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a receptionist/administrative support role required;
- Computer literate at intermediate-advanced level including knowledge of MS office and internet;
- Practice Evolve experience preferred but not essential;
- Have an excellent telephone manner, communication skills and customer service;
- Have discretion in relation to confidential information;
- Be able to multitask and prioritise workloads, meet deadlines and manage a busy and varied workload in a busy professional environment;
- Ability to work within a team and autonomously;
- Ability to take initiative in problem solving and in exercising judgement;
- Approachable and outgoing personality;
- Able to learn new skills quickly; and
- Willingness to learn and develop.
