An exciting full time, immediate Temp opportunity has arisen for an experienced AP Officer to work with a respected Council in the Southeast of Melbourne. This well-known Council is highly regarded and very active within its local community, maintaining a reputation for excellence. **The Role**

Join this high performing and highly respected finance team. This busy role will require you to work an end-to-end AP Officer role.
Reporting directly to the Finance Co-Ordinator your primary duties will comprise of:
- Check accuracy of invoices
- Processing of invoices
- Input and code invoices
- Process Invoices in large ERP system
- Match Invoices with Purchase Orders
- Schedule pay runs based on standard company payment terms
- First point of contact with Debtors chasing payment of invoices
- Update and maintain database in a timely manner
- Perform reconciliations including supplier statement reconciliations, credit card reconciliations and more
