As an Asset Lite Sales Executive, you will support local and regional efforts to generate leads, drive demand, and serve as a point of contact for sales activities. Through varied outreach efforts and an entrepreneurial approach, you will help enable the market to achieve KPIs while ensuring excellent customer service. You will be part of a larger sales team working closely and flexibly on all tasks. Cooperation and a one-team mentality are essential to achieve sales and delivery targets.
What You'll Do
1. Offer excellent customer service throughout the sales and delivery process.
2. Ensure close and tailored communication with customers at all touch points.
3. Think strategically and provide effective actions to drive demand and create opportunities for potential customers to experience Tesla products.
4. Act as a role model and source of excellence within the team, leading by example.
5. Be a self-starter and offer solutions, striving for continuous improvement.
6. Enable market presence through all means of point of sale activities.
7. Maintain a high level of inbound and outbound activity to develop the sales pipeline.
8. Drive sales and delivery targets by working closely with stakeholders and the team to identify barriers and offer solutions.
9. Manage sales administrative duties, including contract completion, finance, and system updates, while effectively managing outbound activities and reporting.
10. Ensure fleet cars are ready at all times and monitor resource availability.
11. Prepare customer vehicles before delivery appointments and perform direct deliveries.
12. Inform and educate customers about Tesla at every opportunity.
13. Engage in market expansion activities and identify emerging opportunities in retail and infrastructure sectors.
14. Support store activities and collaborate on market-wide events and roadshows.
