Reporting to the Manager Maintenance and working in a collaborative community within the Civil/Buildings and Hoists team, you will: Be responsible for the safety leadership of the team including field time, CRM auditing and cascaded coaching by following the SPS processes.
Ensure PO hygiene is followed, Track approvals authorised and invoices up to date and monthly accruals.
Work with areas to plan and execute maintenance work including site civil/building repairs and maintenance of hoists.
Promote a happy, diverse and inclusive team in a psychologically safe working environment.
Engage with other departments and sites to identify opportunities and improvements that can be implemented at Yarwun.

Processing bauxite from our mines in Weipa and Gove, Yarwun produces more than three million tonnes of smelter grade alumina annually.
As one of the largest industries in the Gladstone region, Yarwun employs over 700 people and has a large contractor workforce.
