Job Title: Area Manager for Child Services

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor People Leaders and Educators
* Drive quality improvements using NQF, NQS & MTOP
* Guide services through Assessment & Rating with confidence
* Build strong relationships with schools and communities
* Manage budgets and compliance
* Travel between sites to deliver support that truly matters
Requirements:
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
* Proven OSHC leadership experience (Area Manager or equivalent)
* Skilled in NQF, MTOP & Early Years Learning Framework
* Strong communicator and mentor of dispersed teams
* WWCC, First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training
* Valid driver's license and happy to travel
