Senior Customer Marketing Manager Position
At our company, we are seeking a talented Senior Customer Marketing Manager to join our team. This key leadership role will lead BTL marketing programs and plans, working internally and with customers to drive category growth and the triple win.
The successful candidate will focus on strategic off-trade customers, particularly in Premix or Glass, and oversee our Customer Marketing transformation, including shopper, category, and customer insights, path-to-purchase execution, planning cycles, budgets, and agency management.
* Lead BTL considerations within category and channel strategies
* Participate in MBP development, representing customer, channel, and brand BTL implications
* Define and standardize BTL execution standards across core and innovation activities
* Transform Diageo's approach to customer marketing programs prioritizing customer strategies
This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
