We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly motivated
Risk and Assurance Specialist
to join our team. The role will lead the way in delivery of the 2nd line assurance as part of the Risk Assurance Plan. This is a pivotal role to ensure the delivery of high-quality risk and assurance services in the aged and disability sector.
This is a
full-time position
offered on a permanent contract based in our beautiful Coolangatta office.

The Role:
* Lead, support and strengthen the three lines of defense model within Feros Care
* Promote ongoing continuous improvement across Feros Care services in alignment with the Quality and Risk Management Systems
* Provide analysis and reports on the adequacy and effectiveness of operational risk management
* Assist the Head of Risk and Assurance and the team to monitor the Three Lines of Defence and wider assurance functions
* Support the revision of policy and procedures relating to risk and assurance functions
About You:
* Degree in health, business or related field or experience working in a similar role in the health sector
* Certificate IV in Compliance and Risk Management and or Diploma in Quality Auditing
* Strong working knowledge of risk, compliance and assurance management
* Working knowledge of aged care reform agenda, Aged Care and related health care standards
