The Role:
Reporting to the Head of Marketing & NPD, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting and growing a portfolio of food products in a fast‐moving, high‐volume manufacturing business. This is not an administrative support role, it's a commercially focused position where you'll be deeply involved in product performance, margin optimisation, and execution excellence.

You will:
* Manage product ranges and support launches
* Maintain pricing, specifications, and packaging data
* Coordinate cross‐functional teams and track project timelines
* Analyse sales, market trends, and competitor activity
* Assist with packaging, and labelling
* Support brand initiatives, campaigns, and regulatory compliance
About You:
* 3+ years in FMCG, product management, marketing, or agency roles
* Hands‐on, agile, and able to manage multiple projects
* Strong problem‐solving, communication, and collaboration skills
* Confident in fast‐paced manufacturing environments with attention to detail
