We are seeking to appoint enthusiastic skills for our trailblazing luxury hotel in the heart of Newcastle - it goes without saying that you will have an unwavering passion and flair for all things Food & Beverage.
- Section Wait Staff - A-La Carte and Gastro Pub Classics
- Food and Drink Servers - to suit all tastes and styles
We can offer various shifts, across both mornings and evenings on a casual basis with plenty of hours available.For those on a current working holiday visa, we request a minimum 6 month working commitment.
About You
We take great pride in delivering the very best cuisine experience at Roundhouse and the most wonderful social experience in Romberg's Roof Top Bar and at Ms Mary's Bar and Terrace.Because of this we are seeking passionate, engaging and professional food and beverage wizards!
- Experience in a high-volume, a-la-carte restaurant is advantageous
- An absolute passion for your craft
- A high standard of service and excellent attention to detail
- The ability to anticipate and respond to customer requests in a professional and timely manner
- NSW RSA Certificate
- POS experience
- A natural energy and confidence with a fun and positive attitude
- An innate ability to engage with our guests enhancing their experience and leaving them with lasting memories
