About the Role
* Maintenance & Fault Diagnosis – Conduct routine maintenance, fault investigations, and plant repairs to ensure reliable operations.
* Plant Improvement & Project Support – Design, scope, and implement mechanical improvements and modifications to enhance plant performance and reliability.
* Performance Monitoring & Analysis – Monitor equipment efficiency, analyze performance data, and contribute to strategies that improve availability and cost-effectiveness.
* Technical Support & Mentoring – Provide specialist advice and mentoring to team members; interpret technical documents and ensure system documentation is current.
* Safety, Compliance & Contractor Management – Follow established safe work practices, participate in risk assessments, and oversee contractors to ensure work is performed safely and to standard.
About You
* You must hold a Mechanical Trade Certificate and Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* You should have a strong understanding of safe work procedures, isolations, and plant access protocols.
* You should have hands-on experience with fault finding, plant investigations, and reliability improvements.
* You should be familiar with maintenance planning tools such as SAP or Ellipse.
* Familiarity with pressure equipment inspection, welding, or non-destructive testing is an asset.
* You should be able to manage multiple priorities and respond to complex technical issues.
* A commitment to mentoring others, working collaboratively, and driving continuous improvement is essential.
