The Opportunity
This is not just a dev job - it's a chance to change lives and shape the future of neurological care.
You'll join just before launch, taking a hands-on role in finishing the platform (80% complete). You'll collaborate directly with the founder - on wiring up RPCs, back-end data flows, and debugging for patient-safe release.
As an early team member, you'll have the autonomy to drive technical decisions, develop new features, and define our long-term tech vision. High performers have a clear path to Lead Developer or CTO, with meaningful equity and salary on offer.
What You'll Work On
* Finalizing platform RPCs and ensuring seamless real-time data flows across patient, carer, clinician, and researcher dashboards
* Building new features using React + Supabase (structured enum-based schema, privacy-by-design)
* Diagnosing and debugging for HIPAA-grade privacy and reliability
* Responding to clinical feedback and scaling rapid improvements
* Collaborating remotely for fast decisions that drive actual change
What We're Looking For
* Strong skills in React (Typescript, HTML, Tailwind CSS), Vercel, and front-end web/PWA development
* Experience in back-end web development with Supabase RPCs (Postgres, APIs, function calls)
* Startup mentality - comfortable in fast-paced, ai-heavy, lean, ambiguous settings
* Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and commitment to privacy/safety
* Bonus: Experience with healthcare technology, clinical data, wearable sensors, AI integration
Compensation
* Salary + meaningful early equity (negotiable based on experience, ambition, and impact)
* Immediate remote start, flexible hours
* Path to Lead Developer/CTO
