Main Responsibilities
* Demonstrate your ability to troubleshoot difficult technical issues and provide effective resolution.
* Apply a creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills to resolve complex issues.
* Analyze log files and standard debugging concepts to identify root causes.
* Utilize experience working with dynamic HTML components: AJAX, JavaScript, CSS, XML, HTML, XHTML.
* Prioritize strong experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, and Jelly to deliver efficient solutions.
* Leverage experience working in Java or similar backend programming languages to drive project success.
* Apply knowledge of Object-Oriented Design principles to develop robust software solutions.
* Work with relational databases such as MySQL and Oracle to ensure seamless data integration.
* Develop working knowledge of web application stacks to optimize performance.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or equivalent experience is required.
* Excellent client/customer management skills are essential.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
* Able to work effectively with high-value customer administrators and developers.
