Customer Experience Manager
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Experience Manager to join our team.
This is a hands-on role working closely with all departments to achieve one goal and one goal only - to have fun while delivering an applause worthy customer experience for all of our guests.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, people, and customer service. They will be someone who can think outside of the box, motivate their team, and communicate effectively.
The successful candidate will work alongside a dynamic, growing team who take care of each other and create opportunities for you to grow with them.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage customer relationships and resolve any issues that may arise
* Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction
* Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service
* Work closely with all departments to achieve common goals
Requirements
* 1 year of restaurant management experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Australia work authorisation

$30.10 - $42.00 per hour
10 - 30 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, weekend availability
