You will be responsible for the overall clinical safety, quality, and compliance of a significant facility, supported by a dedicated team of Clinical Managers and RNs. Mandatory RequirementsTo be successful in this executive-level role, you must meet the following criteria: Clinical Leadership: Extensive experience in Clinical Care Management (CCM) or as a Care Manager within the Aged Care sector. Large-Scale Experience: Proven track record managing large-scale aged care homes (high bed numbers and large staff cohorts). AHPRA Registration: Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (Division 1) registration. Regional Relocation: You must be willing to relocate. This position is located in Regional Victoria and is not commutable from Melbourne. Commitment: This is a full-time leadership position.
