This is an expression of interest opportunity within a government organisation for an Experienced Administrator to join their Communications and Customer Experience team.
This contract could be an immediate start for the right person and continue up until 31 July 2026.
This would be a job-share arrangement, working 21 hours per week across Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
This role plays a critical part in supporting the team, providing high-level administrative and project support, as well as executive assistance to the Section Manager.
About the Role
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Providing executive administrative support to the Section Manager, including diary management, preparation of business papers, reporting, and coordination of information across corporate systems
* Supporting the broader Communications and Customer Experience team with project and administrative assistance
* Managing and maintaining accurate data across PSC corporate systems
* Acting as a key support function in a fast-paced and often reactive environment, anticipating needs and staying one step ahead
This role requires someone who can be adaptable, proactive, and comfortable managing competing priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Skills & Experience Sought
* Demonstrated experience supporting a senior leader or working within a fast-paced, high-volume team
* Proven experience drafting and formatting business papers and reports in a corporate environment
* Tertiary qualification in Administration, Project Management, or a related field
* Strong experience managing a corporate diary and coordinating competing priorities
