About the Role
At Erina, our team culture is supportive, social, client‐focused, and holistic. We have a strong mentoring culture that supports both new and senior therapists. The main focus is on supporting infants and paediatric clients with cerebral palsy through early intervention, though the caseload can include clients of all ages. The centre is well‐resourced with advanced equipment and delivers care onsite and via home/school/community visits.
Key Responsibilities
* Support infants and paediatric clients with cerebral palsy through early intervention.
* Manage a caseload of clients of all ages.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using modern technology and equipment.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of occupational therapists, speech pathologists and physiotherapists.
* Mentor new graduates and students when desired.
* Participate in research collaboration and influence evidence‐based practice.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
* Current AHPRA registration or willingness to attain it.
* Current driver's licence.
