Our client, a leading fintech company, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join their growing Talent Acquisition team. This newly created role offers the chance to work on a mix of experienced hire and campus recruitment projects in a fast-paced, global environment.

What you'll be doing
Coordinate interviews across different time zones, ensuring smooth scheduling and communication.
Act as the main point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and guidance throughout the process.
Support campus recruitment activities, including events, workshops, and career fairs, while assisting experienced hire recruiters until the campus program launches.
Maintain accurate data in Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) and help produce reports and dashboards.
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and scalability.
What we're looking for
Previous experience in recruitment coordination, HR, or a similar role (1+ years preferred).
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ATS systems is a plus.
