ABOUT US AND THE ROLE:
At Pain Relief and Wellness Centre (PRWC), our vision is to give people a greater understanding of their body and health; by delivering exceptional chiropractic care so that they and their families may reach their goals and experience a full and healthy life.
Our local, family-oriented chiropractic clinic is on the lookout for a warm, caring, friendly Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist to join our friendly, happy, professional and committed team.
You, will be the right hand of the Chiropractor and the welcoming face of the practice. The practice relies on your patient management along with your exemplary people and organisational skills to ensure smooth patient flow in and out of the clinic.
The primary focus of this role is to:
* Maintain the clinic ambiance
* Facilitate effective communication with patients and chiropractors
* Help stimulate the growth of the practice
* Contribute to the development of the team
* Ensure all procedures and processes are carried out in an exemplary standard.
Our practice is located across three clinics - Elwood, Glen Iris and Keysborough. The clinics operate between the hours of 8 am and 7 pm Monday to Friday and Saturday 8 am - 11 am and 12.30 pm to 3 pm. This role is a part time position that offers around 10-20 hours per week and is predominantly located in Keysborough however you must be able to work in all clinics. You will need to be available to work the clinic hours and it would be ideal if you have flexibility to cover additional hours when needed.

Previous experience in a similar position is advantageous but not essential as full training and support will be provided. What we are after is ATTITUDE PLUS!
