Your Role Emmaus College are seeking a vibrant, efficient, and energetic person for the position of Finance Assistant. This is a term-time position for 4 days per week, with the days and hours negotiable with the successful applicant. This position is for an immediate commencement or as negotiated with the successful applicant. The finance assistant is responsible for providing support services to the Principal and the Finance Manager which facilitate the financial management and administration of the college. About you The successful applicant will have relevant experience and an understanding of, and a commitment to, the ethos of Catholic Education. In addition, you will have excellent people skills, the ability to work as a part of a team, and a willingness to support students, staff, and parents of the school. Previous experience in a busy school office environment and financial experience would be an advantage. Previous experience with TASS or similar finance systems and excellent Microsoft Excel skills would be highly regarded.
