Your new role
Are you ready to lead with purpose and shape the future of workplace strategy? We're looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join a high-performing team, driving occupancy planning and workplace transformation across a diverse property portfolio.
The primary purpose of occupancy planning is to ensure that the right amount of space is available to support business functions efficiently. It helps organisations adapt to changes in workforce size, work styles, and business priorities while maintaining cost-effectiveness and employee satisfaction. Key duties are below:
* Lead a team and collaborate with client stakeholders to deliver strategic occupancy planning solutions.
* Develop scenario plans and space strategies that align with business needs and corporate guidelines
* Foster strong relationships across real estate, business units, facilities, and strategy teams
* Drive data-informed decisions using advanced analytics and space management systems
* Champion space policy education and support the implementation of planning strategies
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven ability to lead through influence and manage client relationships
* Expert-level data analysis skills with a knack for storytelling through numbers
* Strong organisational and project coordination capabilities
* A background in real estate, architecture, design, finance, or construction management
* Australian citizenship and eligibility for police and security clearance
* Experience of working with government clients is highly regarded.
