Overview 
Are you a seasoned leader with a passion for driving operational excellence? We’re looking for an experienced Site Superintendent to lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across complex maintenance and operational activities. In this pivotal role, you’ll champion safety, quality, and efficiency throughout the planning and execution cycle—while spearheading continuous improvement in maintenance management. 
You’ll bring a strong sense of operational discipline, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to foster trusted relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members alike. 
Responsibilities 
- Lead and supervise multi-discipline maintenance and operations teams on site 
- Drive operational discipline through adherence to maintenance planning, scheduling and execution cycles 
- Ensure compliance with company safety systems, statutory requirements, and industry best practice 
- Manage and monitor daily work progress, ensuring quality standards and timelines are met 
- Deliver accurate and timely SAP push reporting and other relevant reporting requirements 
- Develop and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships to support successful project outcomes 
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and support to frontline supervisors and crews 
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives to optimise asset performance and reliability 
- Contribute to shutdown and turnaround planning, coordination, and delivery 
About You 
- Full Australian working rights & Construction White Card 
- Relevant Australian trade certification 
- Valid tickets: Working at Heights and Confined Space 
- Section 26 Qualification (or willingness to obtain) 
- High Risk Work Licence (HRWL) - advantageous 
- Frontline Management & Cert IV in WHS - desirable 
- Strong knowledge of WHS regulations, incident investigation & safe work procedures 
- Proven leadership in mining, resources, or heavy industry 
- Skilled in maintenance planning, execution & team motivation 
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management 
- Proficient in SAP & reporting tools 
- Experience with scaffold systems & rope access methodologies 
- Client-side exposure - highly regarded 
- Safety, compliance & risk management expertise
