The Role This Manager role will see you take responsibility for managing a portfolio of clients while leading and mentoring a team.
You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality business services.
Key responsibilities include: Managing a portfolio of business services clients across a range of industries Reviewing compliance work, including tax returns, BAS, and financial statements Providing advice on complex tax and accounting issues Leading, mentoring, and developing a team (including offshore support) Overseeing workflows, training programs, and best practice initiatives Supporting business development activities and strengthening client relationships Your Background To be successful in this Manager role, you will ideally have: CA or CPA qualification At least 6+ years' experience in public practice, with strong exposure to business services and compliance Hands-on experience reviewing tax returns, BAS, and financial statements Strong technical knowledge The ability to mentor and develop junior staff Excellent client communication skills, with the confidence to advise on complex issues Proficiency in Xero and MYOB (other cloud accounting tools advantageous) A proactive, detail-oriented approach and the ambition to progress If you are keen to apply for this Manager - Business Advisory role, please contact John Salter at Richard Lloyd on ************, quoting reference **** or click on 'apply now' below.
