**About the role**:
Located in our Adelaide head office, this is a rare opportunity to play an integral role in the delivery of a genuine transformation program. You will lead the newly established Pricing Management stream of a system implementation that is well advanced in its journey to introduce market leading core business platforms including a new cloud-based ERP, a new Reporting & Analytics suite, new Application Integration platform, new Point of Sale solution, Scanning technology and more
This role will report into the Transformation Project Director and work with stakeholders across all parts of the business, with a key focus on Trade Sales, Retail and Finance functions. In this role, you will work alongside the well-established team of SMEs and our top tier implementation partner.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead the Pricing Management workstream.
- Document current state processes, gather requirements, identify opportunities for improvement and develop a future state plan for the pricing workstream.
- Provide feedback on the solution design, including identifying gaps and areas of process improvement opportunity.
- Conduct system and process testing.
- Work with the change management team to embed new technology and processes.
- Lead and coach peers within the project and beyond the project on pricing best practice.
- Collaborate across all levels of the organisation to initiate and maintain effective engagement with the program.
- Ensure delivered systems meet business requirements, align to agreed processes and achieve a suitable level of quality and stability.
- Expertly facilitate consultation with relevant stakeholders throughout the business.
***Skills, Experience and Attributes**:
- At least 5 years' experience in pricing calculation and management.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of pricing structures, calculation and management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of an organisation.
- Experience in delivering process or technology change initiatives.
- Excellent problem solving ability.
- Growth mindset.
- Ability to demonstrate strong ownership.
