Job Title: Finance Operations Manager

* Ensure tax compliance by lodging IAS/BAS returns, payroll tax reports, and local government submissions
* Process payroll and support general HR administration
* Oversee Accounts Payable and Receivable functions
* Lead initiatives to improve finance operations
* Coordinate ERP upgrades and customizations; provide user support and assist with testing
* Perform administrative tasks and ad hoc finance duties as required
* Manage end-of-month reporting, job profitability analysis, financial statements, and budget planning
* Forecast cash flow and track weekly KPIs
* Maintain and update the fixed asset register
* Prepare and reconcile financial data for external audits

Requirements:
\
* 5+ years of experience in a similar role
* Membership with CPA Australia or Chartered Accountants (CA)
* Experience in Construction, Commercial, Residential or Manufacturing industries considered
* Demonstrates a professional, proactive approach to work
* Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
