The Opportunity
We're looking for aGrowth Marketing Leadto own our growth engine across:
New client acquisition
Lifecycle engagement & retention
Cross-sell into lending, estate planning, insurance and more
You'll work closely with our Marketing Manager and cross-functional leaders across advice, lending, product, CX and operations.
Because we're a small team, this is a hands-on role where breadth matters as much as depth - you'll build strategy and execute.
What You'll Do
Own and drive the growth marketing agenda across acquisition, retention and cross-sell
Build and optimise top-of-funnel campaigns (paid social, search, SEO/SEM, digital partnerships)
Develop lifecycle marketing programs: onboarding flows, annual review reminders, nudges-to-book, cross-sell prompts
Design and execute content strategies for different audience lifecycle stages
Map client journeys with internal teams, identify drop-offs and create tactics to improve conversion
Implement lead qualification systems to convert leads into MQLs and improve SDR handover
Segment and score our client database to unlock growth opportunities
Run experiments and A/B tests across flows, landing pages, offers and messaging
Monitor and report on KPIs including retention, annual review completion, CLV, conversion, no-shows/reschedules
Work with agencies and vendors to keep campaigns smart, cost-effective and on brand
Be curious and comfortable pulling data from multiple tools while we continue building a centralised system
Jump into content or basic design assets when needed (brochures, flyers, digital collateral)

Stronger client retention and engagement
Increased annual review completion
Lower no-show and reschedule rates
Growth in cross-sell services (lending, estate planning etc.)
Increased MQL volume and lead-to-conversion ratio
What You'll Bring
4–7 years' growth/performance/demand-gen experience (Australia-based)
Experience in or strong understanding of financial advice / fintech / lending / insurance
Proven track record building or scaling marketing-led growth engines
Confident with data, dashboards and funnel/cohort analysis
Hands-on with CRM/automation (HubSpot preferred)
Comfortable across digital channels: paid social, paid search, SEO, email/SMS
Experimentation mindset and fast iteration approach
Intermediate design skills (Canva/Adobe)
Great communicator who can influence across teams
